Dede

Dede

Male, Age 5, Neutered

Vaccinated, Registered with microchip

Dede means “Grandfather” and though he is only 3-4 years old, he possesses a calm wisdom that goes far beyond his age. He was abandoned, but we know he has spent time with humans because he responds to voice commands and is very good with children. One of the free animals at the shelter, he gets along well with all the other dogs and likes to play with humans and canines. His intelligent, gentle, trusting and kind nature makes him a lover, not a fighter. At 27 kilos, Dede is a handsome mutt with all the benefits of a healthy blood mix and his veterinarian believes there may be Bernese Mountain Dog in his lineage. He is vaccinated for rabies and treated for internal & external parasites. He would be a perfect fit in a family with young children, but he likes to chase cats. For volunteers who would like to play with or walk a gentle, easy dog, he’s an excellent choice.
